Preservation Pays: Historic Tax Credits with Marissa Marvelli

Marissa Marvelli is an independent historic preservation consultant based in Ulster County. In addition to conducting a wide range of cultural resource surveys and drafting National Register nominations, Marissa is frequently hired to consult on historic rehabilitation tax credit projects.
