2026 Sunday Salon Series Cultural Mosaic: Stories of Arrival, Survival, and Belonging

This year’s Sunday Salon Series takes the long view of Ulster County history, exploring the sweep of migration to and from our region. From Indigenous peoples through today’s newest arrivals, waves of people have come, departed, and transformed this place — some by choice, some by force, some seeking refuge, some seeking opportunity. Together, their stories create the cultural mosaic that is Ulster County today.
