Whether your goals include researching the history of your house\, prioritizing maintenance and improvement projects\, exploring historic tax credit opportunities or just getting confident in your ability to manage the day-to-day reality of life in an old house\, historic rehabilitation strategist Kate Wood is here to help. Kate will share insights and advice from decades of experience\, plus take-home guides to exploring your home’s history\, identifying its character-defining features and unlocking its potential. \nKate Wood is an award-winning preservationist\, real estate broker\, author\, and historic rehabilitation strategist whose mission is to support owners and their teams on projects that bring their homes into the 21st century while honoring the character that makes them unique.
